  • Lead strategic execution and implement effective management for the organization; increased the number of high school students served from 350 to over 7,000; expanded service area from six counties to three states; expanded programming from 19 to more than 250 high schools.

  • Launched advisory boards, committees, and volunteer opportunities which now include more than 350 industry leaders annually.
